flora here is a fox shapeshifter from 1820s ireland. various farm jobs aside, she's worked as a healer in her most recent years, and that's probably the general direction she'll try to move towards. personality-wise, she's pretty friendly and chipper, so if you're looking (or if you're especially not looking) for someone to cheer you on unconditionally, she's your girl. fox. whatever. she's food-motivated and curious, so she's easily befriended by anyone willing to share some bread or answer some qs.

About Your Character: Malcolm is a criminal profiler, formerly of the FBI. He got fired for punching a sheriff that killed a perp he had just talked into lowering his weapon and surrendering. Oops? He actually got fired for more than that, but that's neither here nor there. >> Point is, now he works as a consultant for the NYPD! One of the reasons he's so great at his job is because his father is a serial killer, a particularly prolific one that was active in the 90s nicknamed "The Surgeon". Ten year old Malcolm actually turned him in! So, his life is really normal and trauma free...
Malcolm suffers from PTSD. This usually manifests itself in night terrors and his hand shaking whenever he speaks about his father and his crimes. He has to sleep in restraints so that he doesn't end up hurting himself or someone else during his night terrors (sorry, roommate) and is also on a bunch of medications. Despite all this, Malcolm is generally pretty cheerful. He'll talk about murder and serial killers freely if you get him on the subject. He's also very intelligent, bordering on know-it-all, with a narcissistic streak. Also, self-preservation, what is that? He doesn't know her. Malcolm is the type that runs towards danger without any regard for himself if it means getting answers or helping someone. So he's like most of the idiots here, tbh.

- Positive CR, negative CR, other nerds, other cops (are there any?), other smarty-pantses, people to help him train, etc.
Future Plans:
- Have a minor freak out when he realizes that this is not, in fact, a crazy dream.
- Figure out why the FUCK "his father" is here and realize that Aziraphale is in fact not his father (facetwinning woo).
- Talk to Odin about hooking him up with some bed restraints, antidepressants and benzos.
- Event participation will include the words "his father's son" probably on his forearm.
- As far as god doings, Malcolm will want to be involved with Odin's magic crew and Heimdall's guard.
- Training! I head canon that he used to fence (because he's #rich and collects ancient blades) and he also knows how to shoot a gun (useless here) and a bit of martial arts/self-defense. He could use a tune up though, so he'll be in Heimdall's arena, punishing himself.

Being a profiler, he might be able to "read" your character very well. I do not want this to become infomodding, so if Malcolm is going to make any bold claims about your character, I'll ask first. His permissions post is here.

About Your Character: if my memeing above was anything to go by, Takame here is a very stoic but very kind person but he kind of spent most of his life fighting under the rule of an oppressive Empire as is the fare for Final Fantasy games so outside of that, even though he's been out of it for several years, he's not really sure what to do with himself. He's an absolute pushover with the emotional intelligence of a potato but if you challenge him to a fight he's extremely likely to kick your sorry ass. A katana in his hands is deadly.

Wanted CR: Literally anything and everything, get this boy some friends, someone to cling to, someone he can brother the shit out of, someone who can bully him and get him into shenanigans, SOME COMBINATION OF ALL OF THOSE!! Because he's not very socially confrontational he's hard to get negative CR with but it's not impossible and NEGATIVE CR IS THAT GOOD STUFF.

He's a bitch. Or alternatively, an ancient angelic entity who has been on earth since its creation. He's more fond of food, books, and the finer things than actual people. Actually, he's pretty much never had more than one friend and that one friend is someone he's had to keep secret due to unfortunate circumstance that he happens to be a demon. He does constantly try to be good and kind however, so he shouldn't be too hard to get along with. Aziraphale also manages the library (and strictly introduces himself as A.Z. Fell), which means if your character frequents the library, they have likely run into or been helped by him in some capacity.

Quentin is a walking spoiler I guess so I'm trying to tread carefully about how much I say about him on top levels in case you don't want to be spoiled. BUT if you know The Magicians, he is coming directly from the Poison Room at the end of Season 4 :') SO he has a lot of things he needs to work out, but he's trying to stay positive because the alternative is a little too much for him to handle right now. He's a self-professed super nerd, he has a little too much nervous energy for his own good, he can get kind of melancholy, but he's also kind of really into the whole idea of exploring and learning about this whole alternate universe thing. He used to be a magician though and he's really missing his magic.

Wanted CR:
- FRIENDS!!! Nerdy friends, magic friends, friends to teach him the ropes, friends to be new arrivals with, etc!
- CR with people in Odin in particular, given their "dorm life" living situation.

About Your Character: Shambling skeleton-shaped spirit who is only holding himself together through sheer willpower and looks like each step might be his last. He breaks very, very easily--he has something of a brittle bone problem due to being barely remembered. Generally a very friendly, helpful and silly guy who is absolutely miserable on the inside, but hides it very well. Can cook, can sew, can play guitar, sing, and dance... and is otherwise pretty damn useless and he knows it.
Wanted CR: Anything, everything! He especially likes kids.
Future Plans: He has no plans! Mostly he just shambles around every day and lets himself be dragged into whatever. Visits people in the hospital a lot, that's the closest he gets to having a job.

He's starting to actually accept that he exists - again - and is aiming to find his place in his mis-matched family come high water or Hell.

Wanted CR: All the CR, especially people that can pull him out of his comfort zones or people to challenge him. Positive CR will be great especially given that he is not actually sure what he is suppose to do now.

Future Plans: He is attempting to make himself more himself which doesn't make sense but actually does, given his history. He's going to definitely be trying to integrate himself more with his 'family' and also attempt this friendship thing. Also He may look into expanding a little on his pizza shop.

About Your (New) Character: Wow, how to describe the plot of Guardian...Shen Wei is a 10,000+ year old alien humanoid who tried desperately to keep the peace between his people (Undergrounders) and the humans who lived above the surface, and for a long time, he succeeded! Living a double life as the Underworld's enforcer the Black Robe Envoy and Shen Wei, humble professor, he joined a (mostly) human task force to capture escaped Undergrounders and (re)-met the love of his life, Zhao Yunlan, who he also met 10,000 years before thanks to wormhole hijinks. He's an intense, nerdy fellow who can absolutely beat up your dad. He's Ye Zun's twin and though their history is a little murdery, he loves him and wants to reconnect. Can be frequently found with his nose in a book or furiously training, all the while doing his best not to walk into the river over missing his husband.
Wanted CR: Literally all of it. He'll be brand new and wide eyed, which is a real cute look on him I must say.
Future Plans: Acclimate, try to navigate his volatile relationship with Ye Zun, pine and pine and pine.

This guy is a corporate asshole who, through some development both in canon and in Asgard, has become less of an asshole. Still a bit of an asshole, though. Still, he does care about some people and would be willing to guard them with his life. He's sassy, snarky, but also kind of charming in that jerk-who-regularly-eats-his-foot kind of way.

Future Plans: Uhhh right now he's trying to make amends with a canonmate and ALSO trying to make internet happen in Asgard (as in, he's trying to make a database accessible from like the library where they can store documents and pictures and stuff). About Your Character: Connor is an android who loves to investigate and solve mysteries. He's can be pretty friendly/quizzical if a little skeptical because of all the craziness that Asgard offers compared to his homeworld. Whereas his homeworld is very structured and logical, Asgard is very "magic" and "fantasy" and "why can't I explain this". So he has troubles with that. He can often be found exploring Asgard, taking notes, drawing maps, and just gathering information about the city in general. He's still getting used to being kind of human whereas he didn't have to deal with such things as human senses back home, so please excuse any strange mannerisms.

Wanted CR:
• He just found out other non-humans other than him are a thing that might exist, so anyone who is non-human he is most interested in having conversations with you if he finds out. FINALLY people he could possibly relate to.

• Other people to be nerds with. If you have a penchant for exploring Asgard and writing down way to many details about things that probably don't matter and studying things, you know, maybe they'd get along a wee bit.

• It would be interesting if he could find someone who could try and just sit down and explain magic to him because LOL.

• I dunno, surprise me! Positive or negative CR or just CR.

Future Plans:  
• He still hasn't exactly accepted that God Powers exist or that he can use them or that they are a thing. It's kind of one of those 'yeah, suuuuuure okay right magic uh-huh' kind of things. So having him actually use one of his God powers in a thread would be a goal I have for the future. Since I think you have to use the God Powers willingly. THAT is going to be a feat in and of itself because extreme skeptic actually willingly TRYING to use magic? Yeeaaaah.

• Still have to get some sort of self-defense classes or something of that nature. I still don't think he comprehends that getting punched actually hurts. I mean he knows it's supposed to.

About Your Character: Disaster himbo trying his best, saves the galaxy on a few occasions, has a lot of troubles with family and in-laws, just want to have a break and chill with his girlfriend future wife to be.

Wanted CR: Peter's a friendly guy so he likes to talk with everyone, so he's pretty much open to everyone and doing anything. Him betting sarcastic or snappy is also a lot of fun, so if someone wants to argue with him about stupid shit, that would be fun too.

Future Plans: The Wind Farm is set up and there's electricity in Asgard now but he's far form done with the project. It needs maintenance and he's thinking about the uses and new possibility the electricity bring to the city. He thinks they all need ways of transportation and has to bring up the idea of building streetcars/trackless trains.

Future Plans: I don't have anything too solid right now. She's just "come out" as a non-human, so she's experimenting with what life is like to live openly. Except there are new arrivals who missed her announcement, so she'll have to navigate that. Other than that, she's mostly just working on the medicinal garden she started with Cadfael. Will probably be taking two jobs because she wants to be the most useful.

Wrathion is, technically, a black dragon! He can normally shapeshift but... well, he's stuck in his humanoid form right now.

He's arrogant, curious, a bit of a schemer, struggles to ever admit fault, and is definitely one of those 'it's for the greater good' types. Can you trust him? Eeeeh, maybe? Will he be all up in your business anyway? Probably. He's main interest is learning lots of things and working out how he can use them in his Many Plans.

Also he is INCREDIBLY dramatic. Dragon and all. At least he knows it!

Big Important Note, Vex'ahlia has a brown bear named Trinket who is with her 90% of the time. Yes he wears armor, yes he is the best bear of all time. Overall she's friendly, hot as hell, loves her bear son more anything, a really good archer, has confidence out the ass, will flirt with you, is sneaky as hell, and will kiss anyone who can return the magic to her flying broom.

Future Plans: Exploring!! Scouting!! I have signed Vex up for the Honir's Scouts so that is a thing. Aside from that Vex's plans involve staying alive, keeping her twin brother alive, and possibly finding them both a nice little place they live in. Which may be her attempt to prepare for the thin possibility of anyone else from Vox Machina showing up.
