[She chuckled at that and settled herself in a stool. She wasn't immediately aware of Ruby's heritage. The woman was, after all, a more subtle thing than she, and besides that, Samantha's signs were more an indication of what was wrong with her. A true succubus could hide these things, but not a half-breed.]

I always have had an appreciation for style. An apothecary doesn't need a lot of frills. It needs space for me to work, and just enough for people to place their orders and pick them up. If they want to chat, I've got a table.
