It's like something out a children's story, and oh how she adores those. So fanciful; she hopes this city can live up to that. It's regrettable that she can't take the maid home and keep her.

He will make no move to clean up his mess, nor really take great pains to step around anyone who might be in his way. ]

[ Most of these places were just not made with centaurs in mind. Himeno's been all over town trying to find a functional pair of winter shoes. Unfortunately, most people here haven't seen a centaur, much less made a pair of shoes for them.

She's been having a little trouble getting around the slippery streets. It's not terribly uncommon for her to go skidding by, scrambling for purchase and grabbing whatever is closest - nor is it uncommon to see her staring at the cute clothes in the shop windows, feeling a little self-conscious that she'll need to get all those things tailor made for herself. Sometimes, even shyly approaching people to ask where they'd gotten their clothing made at.

in all fairness, the street is wet, and he's trying to peddle some of his wares, but... for now, business seems slow. he looks rather pleased with himself despite that fact, though with the makeup (?) he has on, it's hard to tell if he's actually pleased or just looks like he is.]

No, it'd still be pretty remarkable - this guy is huge. Still, he's stopping to easily chat up the gray-faced natives, laughing heartily, and even occasionally taking things from their vending stalls to eat, although the vendors seem less than likely to complain]

He's covered in feathers, dirt, and scratches-- really, he looks like he got into a fight with a crate of chickens and lost. Badly.]

[ He's none too pleased to be here. In wake of his defeat, in wake of the horror of falling into the Earth -- and to find his powers gone. He's not quite so dark as he was -- a great deal of the shadow is gone, leached from him as if he has been bleached, leaving him pale and gray. He looks almost frail, but for the dark venom lurking in his expression.

He sticks to the shadows where he can, his movements robbed of their normal grace. He is awkward and unhappy and feels more alone than ever.

Shadows do stir about him, but just barely. His Hel-granted powers afford him little of his old control. So aside from a few stirrings of odd shadow movement at his feet, he does not try to ply his new abilities. Best not risk it.

Before long he will be found sitting against a building, half in shadow, resting. He looks kind of lonely and sad now. Tired, alone as ever, kind of bored, and out of options. Idly he turns the bracelet on his wrist, as if debating whether or not to keep it. ]

[Hey Pitch. Here's a sight we're sure you're really anxious to see. Walking right past that building is Jack with his staff trailing along behind him on its own. Someone's practicing their telepathy, even if he isn't really sure he wants to keep it. He's been prowling the city for the other Guardians, but it's a lot harder when you have to do everything on foot. In addition to the staff, he has a few snowballs following him in his wake...

...except he loses control of one of the snowballs and it goes sailing slowly toward Pitch, landing somewhere around his feet. Too bad Jack doesn't notice he's lost one.]

[Confused was an understatement for how Gwen felt right now. She was scared, very scared. This was not home, which frightened her. She wanted to call this a dream, but even that felt too far-fetched. And to make matters worse, she was alone. So Gwen was walking around, trying to find someone she knew. She was even able to go up to some and asked them where she was exactly.]

[This wasn't home to a lot of people. The blank faces were the scariest part, but don't fret Gwen. There are people here with faces, with names, and would be glad to help.

John passes her the first time, not really taking into account anything. People come and go all the time. Today is not different from any other day.

The second time he passes her, he steps in front of her. She looked frightened and that meant she was one of them. The newbies, he means.]
