On the most basic level, she's really glad Aigis is here and herself again, because, as much as Yukari wasn't herself either after March, she recognized that Aigis was different too (it bothered her a little, as did everything, really). So that's at the bottom of it all, but of course her focus on Minato was a reminder about what robosis thinks is really most important, and jealousy, of a mild order, is never far behind, along with a similar frustration with (but understanding of) her desire not to reveal the future.

Still, ultimately, she's always glad to have her here, and glad it makes Minato happy, too -- especially when the others disappeared.
