She doesn't completely disregard his status in his world, but at the same time there is really no equivalent in her world and Witch religion is different enough that she looks at it kind of like "... lol silly humans."

Since I can totally tl;dr more easily here than on plurk I can go into detail!! :D

Basically, the closest thing Minoans have to a Christian religion is the cult that worships Saint Joan. She was a human who discovered holy magic, started the Light Keepers, and defeated the most dangerous necromancer in Minoan history. And even then it's sort of like super early christianity - still with a cult status and outside of two cities/the region in which those two cities are found it isn't super widespread. Witches most definitely don't follow it because it's a Human Thing and Human Things Are Inferior.

Witches follow a more pantheistic/animistic religion and they don't have a Satan figure so much as they do trickster figures and gods that are most definitely capable of being both good and evil. They also don't have an afterlife! Humans do, but Witches and demons believe that upon death their spirits simply return to the earth. So Witches don't see death as scary or bad; it's unfortunate but returning to the earth is still very good to them. They are also very very particular about returning to Fuggum specifically upon death because they love cursed mushroom forests so much. Basically it comes down to 'dying in Fuggum = A-OK; dying outside of Fuggum = not great; dying outside of Fuggum with no hope of returning the body to Fuggum (ie being pulled out to sea) = SHIT SON THAT'S BAD'.

SO ANYWAY.... Euri thinks it's really weird that a single individual can hold the position of 'ultimate evil' and that it must just come from him being a dick and humans being dumb and extremist. She does think he's a jerk sometimes but that doesn't bother her too much, and she certainly doesn't consider him evil. She just considers him someone who is capable of doing both good and bad things.

She still doesn't get the idea of Hell, either. A few people have described it to her, but since her views on death and postdeath are so different she's had a lot of trouble wrapping her head around 'Hell'. Right now she's settled on thinking it as a really shitty kind of afterlife that involves demons for some strange reason. I'm pretty sure no one's even told her about heaven so she thinks it's where all humans end up. She isn't sure why Lucifer would want to rule over it.
