Momoka thinks Yozora is a nice girl who tries hard and just doesn't always go about things in the proper way. She likes Yozora's energy and wants to help her with her club because a club for making friends sounds like a good idea to her. She'd also like to be friends with Yozora because she's Momoka and also because Yozora seems to really want friends.

Iceland is Iceland, which means his initial reaction is THAT ANNOYING RUDE GIRL WHATEVER but he actually doesn't mind her as much as he might let on, and she likes to read so she gained some points from that. He is pretty used to her kind of behavior given the kind of people he usually hangs out with and also his own behavior so as much as he complains he's really basically fine with her existing in the same space as him. Not that he'll ever say so because he is Iceland.
