Long-ge (aka his actor) came up with the idea of wearing sleeve garters and some of the extra bling in his costume choices (like that long chain hanging on his belt has no purposes it's just there chilling and bringing the eye to the SW booty). It's actually something people used when wearing off the rack shirts to keep the sleeves from being too long but the SW suits are all finely tailored to the point it changes how he moves. (I can go forever about Long-ge and his acting dude is just so good even i scenes where YZ is pretending to be SW while in the BCE outfit.)
