❧ let's do this.- We have an Enable Me Please/App This Please meme up over here! Take a peek, see if maybe you have some potential castmates or characters you might want to try out.
- Anyone can post to the test drive meme, including duplicates! Please put your character name and canon in the title of your comment.
- All threads are considered open to everyone! Tag around and make some friends (or enemies)!
- If you decide to apply to the game, you can use your TDM threads for your app samples! You only need to provide seven comments if you use TDM samples.
- You can't really be late to a TDM! This will be considered open until the next one goes live next month.
- You can make up your own scenario, interact with one of the locations in the game, use the welcome process of your character waking or selecting a god house, or use our optional prompt below!
- You do not need to pick a god house to play on the TDM! You can have your character still in the process of discussing/deciding/despairing instead.
- If you are accepted to the game, you can keep TDM threads as game canon as long as you fudge some of the details depending on your original thread. If you aren't sure exactly how to do this, you can always ask a mod.
- Reserves open on June 24 at 12:01AM PST and close on June 30 at 11:59PM PST.
- Applications open on July 1 at 12:01AM PST and close on July 7 at 11:59PM PST.
- Please always feel free to contact the mods if you have any questions! Have fun, dear (future?) Wanderers. ♥
❧ optional scenario.A thunderstorm seems to have taken over Asgard's sky, dark clouds hanging eerily low and crackling with energy. The entire city is cast into a gloomy grey, the actual colors of the plants and buildings just a little more dull than normal. The air feels thick and heavy, even indoors, and the weather seems to be having varying effects on everyone.
A
sudden clap of thunder might bring back a sharp memory of the last time you were truly afraid of something.
A
bright flash of lightning might make your heart race with excitement and a sudden drive to do something you ordinarily wouldn't.
The
heavy downpour of rain might make you inexplicably sad about something, whether real or imagined.
These effects might only last a second, or perhaps they stay with you all day. Maybe you just have to get out of the rain and dry off, that's all - perhaps it's just normal weather.

Now that they're at the castle, Gamora has a better idea of where to go. She's done some exploring already to the surprise of no one who has ever met her. She always searches any place she ends up for potential dangers. She nods at his question, drawing away just enough to take the lead in retrieving them from a nearby storage room, ignoring how she's dripping all over the place thanks to that long hair of hers.] I found the towels here earlier.
[Gamora glances back up at him without skipping a beat.] Before you say anything else, yes it is all a part of my secret plan to get you out of those clothes and into a towel. You caught me.
[Yes, she is pleased with herself for beating him to the punch this time. Thank you for very much. Reluctantly, Gamora truly breaks away from him to grab a small stack of them. They'll thank her when she stops dripping all over their floors.]

Somehow, he's not that all surprised when the ex-assassin immediately seems familiar with the place. Gamora has always been good at these kinds of things, with a great memory and even better instincts. So he follows her like a lovesick puppy and when she jokes, Peter's eyes light up. Had he been a real dog, his tail would be swaying from side to side.
Gamora's hair looks a deeper shade of red when it's wet, Peter has to restrain himself from reaching out and running his fingers thought he soft locks. His own hair is messy from the rain and the wind, almost the way it looks when he wakes up from sleeping, but he pays it no mind. He opens his mouth to say something about the towels, then closes it when she cuts him off, and finally, he's back to grinning. ]
I knew it! [ Leaning in, Peter pecks her on the lips, stealing a kiss and one of the towels from her hands. A moment later he's putting the fabric over her heard like a wedding veil, and starts drying her hair to the best of his ability. Enhancements or not, she could still catch a cold. Maybe? Perhaps... ] But this body is for your eyes only, so let's get into one of the rooms.

Rather than voice that, she rolls her eyes, snakes an arm around his waist, and proceeds to direct him back upstairs. Gamora heads towards the room she occupied earlier and pushes him through the door first. She shuts it behind them, tossing the towels off to a nearby chair so she can undress.
Gamora shrugs off her jacket onto the floor before leaning over to toss one of those towels at Peter.] Dry your hair before you catch a cold.
[She busies herself with getting her locks dry enough to undress without hair clinging to her.]

Once that his wet hair is pointed out, Peter begins to realize how cold he is as well. His jacket joins Gamora's one on the floor, and then towels his hair dry. Or tries. What Peter accomplishes is making his hair stick in all directions before he runs a hand through it to more or less get it back to normal.
His wet shirt is next, he it over his head but instead of dropping it on the floor, Peter turns and leaves it on the nearest chair. Gamora likes things organized, and while jackets are fine on the floor, the rest of the clothes are not. Peter looks over towards her with a coy smile, the ever-present flirtatious attitude forgotten. All he wants is to hold the woman he loves, nothing more is needed. They never really get a lot of peaceful moments just the two of them together. ]
