This won't be done with images, like postsecret or LJsecret, because I'm too lazy to amass them. This is textsecret style:

What society's definition of adult are we using here? For that matter, what society or time period are we using to define responsible? These things are important, because what to one culture is irresponsible or childish is for another the opposite.

And this whole concept of "child" and "adult" is so problematic, when you consider the variety of places and times that people here come from. Which am I, as a teenager? Which should I be?
