VISUALIZE ME TL;DR MEME ;)

not every detail gets covered by snazzy icons and stylish [bracket] text. inevitably, small things go overlooked.
so this is where you fill them in! what's your character like in person? how's their accent? their posture? do they slouch? if you've ever wanted to gab about those little details, the small things that get lost in the shuffle but stand out on the street, here's the meme for you!
if not... well! there was an attempt. ლ(°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ᴗ°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ ლ)

"Bucky""The Winter Soldier"BarnesHeight; 5'9'' in the comics apparently? Except Sebastian Stan is 5'11'' so I figure Bucky in the MCU is around 5'10''.
Weight; 260 lb according to comicvine, but that applies to comics so I don't know how true it is for MCU. Bucky is definitely a little on the thin side, but he's got a lot of muscle and also that arm which is made out of metal, so.
General Appearance;
He looks like a hobo. Okay, I'm kidding, he doesn't look so much like a homeless person anymore, since nowadays he actually shaves a few times a week now, but he still has long hair and refuses to get it cut. He generally ties his hair back or just slaps a cap on and calls it a day. He also doesn't really try to draw attention to himself, preferring to just blend in the background, so his choice in appearance is some average, slightly sloppily-dressed guy with clear shell-shock who has this weird habit of tucking his left hand into his jacket pocket (if he doesn't have his hands gloved).
Beneath his usual hoodie-shirt-jeans-cap ensemble, he has a few scars. The most noticeable one is on his left shoulder, where metal meets flesh--it's most noticeable in the bank vault scene, where he's shirtless and mind-wiped. Here's a still from said scene, sorry for the quality.
Physical Mannerisms;
In casual, non-combat settings, Bucky is the sort of guy who keeps his hands to himself--or rather, he keeps his left hand out of sight and his right hand to himself. He's pretty good at keeping a poker face, too, but otherwise his face can be surprisingly expressive. He walks pretty lightly, even when there's no need for stealth, and sometimes slouches a little and hunches in on himself, but when he's on a mission there's a certain cadence to his walk, like this, like he's in no hurry.
In combat settings, when he isn't sniping or sneaking around, Bucky rolls, ducks, weaves, gives as good as he gets and then some. He is a brutal fighter, has been even before the Winter Soldier (see: scene in TFA where he pulls a bully off of Steve and then literally kicks said bully's ass with prejudice), and quick and efficient about it as well, he finds holes and weak spots and goes for those. When he can't, he'll make one. To paraphrase someone's tag meta on Tumblr, Bucky fights like he wants to take the world by its neck and squeeze.
Verbal Mannerisms;
Once upon a time he had a Brooklyn accent and said stuff like "pal" and "dame" and could curse up a blue streak in five minutes without repeating a word (that last part is headcanon, but he was in the army), but nowadays he's pretty quiet, and usually doesn't go in for initiating conversation. When he does talk, though, he gets straight to the point, no beating around the bush, and he's brutally honest, too. His accent is more a neutral Midwest (ig, idk how American accents work), but on occasion he'll slip into good ol' Brooklyn.
He's a pretty deadpan type of guy, and has also rediscovered sarcasm. He doesn't really joke around with others, but when he does it's pretty self-deprecating or snarky and delivered in the same deadpan tone as everything else.
Fashion;
He tends to go in for dark, muted colors, the better to blend into the background with. He likes his long-sleeved jackets and hoodies, and will wear them around even when it is hot as hell outside. He also wears caps a lot, and if he isn't wearing caps he tends to just tie his hair back. Basically he really likes comfort, and also being able to hide his many, many weapons on his person, so he walks around in loose jeans most of the time.
When he's in battle, he tends to wear tactical gear, body armor, bulletproof vests, combat boots, stuff like that. He came to Asgard in a hoodie, jeans and a cap, not the battle armor he spent most of the movie in, so what he usually wears in battle is the closest approximation sans mask that he can throw together.
He still has his navy blue jacket, the one he was wearing when he "died". It's stashed in his closet. He doesn't look at it much.
Etc; Before. After. Weep.
