VISUALIZE ME TL;DR MEME ;)

not every detail gets covered by snazzy icons and stylish [bracket] text. inevitably, small things go overlooked.
so this is where you fill them in! what's your character like in person? how's their accent? their posture? do they slouch? if you've ever wanted to gab about those little details, the small things that get lost in the shuffle but stand out on the street, here's the meme for you!
if not... well! there was an attempt. ლ(°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ᴗ°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ ლ)

Height; 6'1”
Weight; 200 lbs, though it's fluctuated in Asgard—between subsisting entirely on alcohol and sitting around a lot, he lost a fair amount of muscle. Now that he's swimming and working with the engineers, he's gaining some of that back.
General Appearance;
For a guy who drinks and smokes constantly, Don's in shockingly good shape. “Athletic” would be a stretch (see above), but he's not carrying much extra weight. He has dark brown hair that he invariably wears slicked back; if he didn't shave every morning he'd be rocking a pretty incredible beard. All the wear and tear he's inflicted on himself has only just begun to show—at first glance you might overlook the lines on his face, his habitually haggard look.
He freckles, although it's only particularly noticeable on his back, and has some scarring—similar to shrapnel scars—on his left forearm, a souvenir of the Friendly Fire event.
Physical Mannerisms;
Don carries himself with brusque self-assurance. He asserts himself over almost any space he occupies—sometimes subtly (stretching out in a chair) and sometimes more aggressively (jerking his chair back into place before storming out of a restaurant). Most of the time his movements have a smooth, effortless quality—he lights a cigarette with the easy grace of a dealer shuffling a deck of cards. His posture varies: if he's listening to or evaluating someone, it tends to relax, and he'll sit back, prop an elbow on the table, and smoke. You know you have his interest when he sits up, leans forward. If Don's speaking to or in front of someone—performing in some respect—his posture will be correct, though not to the point of rigidity. When he does gesture, it's in moments like these—illustrating points with little hand movements.
When he's under strain—or in the grips of any strong emotion—it's nearly always expressed physically. His posture will stiffen, the line of his shoulders tense. His jaw will clench. In these situations, he almost never appears to be losing control—instead, it's almost as if he's locking his body down. (Until he snaps and throws something or pukes [gif available upon request] or his hands start trembling or all of the above.)
Verbal Mannerisms;
Don uses words sparingly and chooses them carefully. He's not prone to digression, and if he's stammering or even trailing off it's a sure sign that something's wrong. Although it's deliberate, his speech isn't stiff—he's a fluid, confident speaker who can shift from glib to stern to intimate as the situation warrants.
He has a deep, resonant voice that he's accustomed to taking full advantage of, and is more aware than most of the rhythms of language. While some dated (or just obscure) turns of phrase—”over the transom”—crop up in his speech, nothing about his vocabulary marks him as hailing from the '60s in particular. He will never use the word “groovy.”
Most of the time his accent is blandly American—Midwestern, if you wanted to bother placing it—but when he's well and truly shitfaced, it loses some of its polish, sprawls out a little more. Words no longer end in “g”s.
Fashion;
Don dresses to shape or fulfill people's expectations of him: back in New York, the suit, tie, pocket square and gleaming shoes were his uniform and his armor. In Asgard, he owns one suit—the suit he arrived in—and almost never wears it. (He almost never misses wearing it, either—he's not sentimental about clothing.) He dresses simply and inexpensively in Asgard—slacks, t-shirts, the occasional button-down. Now that he's on engineering he wears work boots most of the time. Still, he remains fastidious about his appearance—even if he plans to spend the day patching a wall, he's not going to go out in dirty or rumpled clothes. Overall, his fashion sense is crisp and straightforward.
His tastes tend toward muted colors—blues and grays. And of course black.
Etc; One time this happened.
