[There are some things Dr. Sung doesn't have access to. She doesn't know the details, not all of them, but one look at Clay and she can't help but rub at her eyes after brushing snow off her lab coat. She's seen a couple of photos in all of the Animus subject files she had access to. It's hard to get them out of her mind sometimes. (Dr. Sung still feels it was going too far, kidnapping all of those people. There are other ways, Assassins or not.)
You, friend, are supposed to be dead. No way around that.]

You sure about that?

[And looking at a dead guy. Lord give her strength, this is going to be a tough one.]
But thank you for asking. That's kind of you.

[If Clay knew who she was, that joke might have actually been vindictive. As it stood though, he was just trying to be nice. Or as nice as he ever got these days.]

But a small gust of wind still reminds her just where she is. At the same time, Dr. Sung is almost reluctant letting Clay out of her sight-- that knee jerk reaction to see if he's all right, how he's holding up. She's a Templar (well, debatably), not a monster, not lacking in compassion.]
Well. I don't know about you, but as lovely as the weather is, I'd much rather be out of it... [She trails off, leaving room for Clay to either how out now or be helpful.]

Besides, the more important point is that she's onto something with getting out of the cold. He's used to weather simulation, not actual weather, and it was colder than he expected.] There's bound to be some place around here with a heater. Or a fireplace.
no subject
Works for her.
Putting a hand under Clay's elbow, she motions.] There. Might do us some good for now, before we both freeze to the street.

He grabs her hand in his and gently leads her towards that building.] You're not really used to the cold, are you?

I am a doctor. [Humor for humor. Now didn't seem to time to be overly serious. Save that for a more dire situation. (Not that this isn't, what with teleporting to a whole other world or something.)
It was better inside the building. Much warmer. Definitely a tavern if ever she'd seen. Or imagined in books, really. Faintly squeezes Clay's hand just to make sure he was still all right.]
Not my particular preference of decor, but I suppose it could be worse.
