OPTIONAL SCENARIO: After your character receives his or her bracelet and the run-down from the faceless maids in the castle, they walk out to find the city blanketed with snow and in the middle of what seems to be a snowball war organized by the Native children! Be careful on your way to your Welcome House: snowballs are flying, and these groups of giggling kids don't seem to care who gets caught in the crossfire. Make sure to have fun, and as always, feel free to hit the mods or players up with any questions you might have! ♥

[He did not go far from the Welcome house, Gods, powers, all this seemed like a lot of bullshit to Four. Instead he stood there eyes glued to the bracelet, not caring about the ruckus around him.

He spent his moments instead trying to figure out the technology and moving out of the way of any snowballs he happened to see coming.]

[ Luckily he doesn't have to dodge too much because Katniss just happens to walk past him in time to get beaned.

And be pissed about it.

So she, completely unaware of his existence, turns on the people who are firing the snowballs and draws her bow and starts firing arrows at the snow itself, prematurely murdering the poor lumps of ice and shattering them in midair.

Welcome to Katniss, Four. ]

[Four stops his inspection of the bracelet, his brow pulls together and for a few moments he just watches.

He was uptight but this seemed like overkill.

And Four really was no good at having a filter, thus what he thought blurts right out of his mouth.]

Isn't that an overreaction?

[empowers]

[ She looks at him, a little stunned at how blunt he is. She already likes him. Or maybe she hates him. She can't decide, after all. He's a little too similar to her. ]

It's better than being hit with a hard ball of ice that could have a rock inside.

[herstrength]

[It is mutual, besides, deciding on someone immediately could cause problems. Maybe she just really hated snow.

Or he thinks as his eyebrow goes up, she is paranoid and smart. Good combination, not as if he is not guilty of the same thing.]

Looks to me like it was harmless, think you can put the weapon away before somebody, namely me gets hurt?

[ Katniss lowers her bow and re-sheaths her arrow, but purses her lips at him anyway. Her expression is flat and mostly lifeless, but there's a tiny bit of cockiness underneath. ]

You don't need to worry about getting hurt.

[ She slings the bow over her chest casually. ]

I never miss.

Says the one holding the weapon.

[His head cocks just a little.]

That's not reassuring, I mean, if you attack snow what are you going to do to some guy you barely know.

[ Katniss raises her eyebrows. ]

Nothing, unless I feel like he's a threat.

[herstrength]

Every one is a threat, unless your naive enough to think otherwise.

[Eyes that are dark and cold meet hers.]

[snowstormed]

[Bucky is having far too much fun, really, judging from the fact that he's currently hiding behind a tree, packing together a snowball, and peeking out. The kid he's currently playing with is distracted, so Bucky lines up his shot and throws, just as the kid turns, sees the snowball, and ducks.

Aaaaand there's a guy right behind the kid who's going to be splattered with snow if he doesn't duck.]

Hey, look out!

[Instinct has saved him before and if not for his distraction of the bracelet it would have this time. His escape is not narrow enough, his shoulder taking the brunt of the 'blow', not that it hurt. Four stands there just blinking for a moment.

Then shakes the snow from the bracelet, he does not want to short circuit.]

Might want to aim better.

[snowstormed]

My aim's usually a hell of a lot better than that. [But he grins anyway, easily.] Been a while since I got in a snowball fight, though. 'Sides, I did tell you to duck.

[herstrength]

And that just makes it all better right? [He bristles, he can not help himself, Four is not exactly kind nor is he a people person after all.]

[Blinking he had been on his way to work, when he notices Tobias kind of hanging out. Well, at least he isn't standing around somewhere that's going to get him too much. But, he seems to just be watching the bracelet.]

[It takes Four a moment to even realize he is being spoken to, sharp eyes land on Finnick, suspicion is his first reaction.]
