The city's natives are busy trying to herd cats and dogs out of the streets, the park is thronged with friendly and curious rabbits, and a small army of capybaras seems to have started a parade around the castle. Something is going on -- the natives seem exasperated as anything. Help them out? Adopt a ferret? Try to wade through goats to make it to your welcome house? At least they're non-aggressive.. for now! Make sure to have fun, and as always, feel free to hit the mods or players up with any questions you might have! ♥

[A mobile? Now that's a sight Jack hasn't seen in a while. And not only that, the man actually tries to use it. Jack chuckles from his post on a windowstill, ready to do some teasing.]

Dunno if you noticed, but you aren't in Kansas anymore, Dorothy. [The change of the name in the quote was totally in purpose, thank you.]

[Crowley glares, though he's careful to do so from behind the ever-present sunglasses rather than over top of them, as he'd like to do. There's no telling what sort of reaction his eyes would produce, even if the rest of him is near enough to human in appearance. (In actuality now as well, he grimaces inwardly.) The result, of course, is that he appears to give Jack a rather blank look.]

Does that make you a flying monkey?

[No need to worry, Jack can sense that glare. It's the kind of reaction he usually gets, after all. And funny thing, this "being human now"...]

Flying? [He snorts.] I wish I still could. But the higher-ups don't exactly like letting us be how we're supposed to be. Lost anything else besides signal?

[Now you've piqued his interest, kid. This talk of flying and losing things... no. No way. It's not as if he's kept tabs on the various faces everyone's taken lately, but this kid, an angel? A demon? Not likely.]

Doesn't ring a bell, but I don't know everyone in the city. If you're looking for a bookworm, though, your best bet is the Odin district. Or just check the directory in the bracelet.

[Stupid nerds who got his old powers!!! But back to Crowley: he's caught Jack's attention too. In his mind, he translates "a few things" as "yes, cool guy, I used to have powers too", so now he's curious. A simple human with magic? A wizard? A monster that can shape shift? Jack needs to know! He jumps off the window, quickly and precise, falling in front of Crowley, but not close. He likes his personal space, thank you.]

Whatever your powers were, the gods gave you new ones now. Got any of the cool ones?

[Crowley appreciates his personal space as well, so thank you for that, fancy boy. He makes a mental note to check the directory for any of the angel's pseudonyms before frowning at the kid's question.]

Er...no. Not really, no.

[Truth be told, he's not even sure he completely understands what his power is supposed to be. He's still reeling from losing the multitude of natural powers he used to have. What he does understand of his "House" and his "power" is somewhat... embarrassing.]
