♥ one: post with your characters.
♠ two: respond to other people's characters with your characters.
♦ three: they tell you in detail what their character thinks of your character. TL;DR is encouraged; that's how this works.
♣ four; optional: discuss it with them if you want! Make a big chain of tl;dr if you're up to it.
♥ five: other people do the same thing to you! Maybe you even harvest your tl;dr to use in a CR chart later.
♠ six: keep checking back in so that no one is ever late!
(Shamelessly gakked from places.)

Davesprite has a really strange way of regarding the Doctor, very much in the sense of I don't know you too well, but I know way more about you than I should, and you know jack shit about me. And there's no bullshitting it: his major interest in the Doctor does stem from the fact he's a time traveler. A time traveler who's way older and way more experienced than him, so he's uncertain how the hell to approach him. This keeps him away from the other Doctors, actually, because he's having enough problems trying to figure this one out.
At first, the Doctor was just some random guy on the network, who was kind of stubborn and dumb and maybe a little annoying. Like, wow, dude, did you seriously just show up to get pedantic at me and pretend to miss the point of everything I say. Nice trolling effort, I guess, only it really kind of sucked.
And then the dream thing happened and it hit a lot of doomed timeline buttons for him. And actually happened right after he stumbled out of his former past self's dream, so he was just holy shit. It makes him...not sure what to say or do, because it feels like there's a drastic imbalance between what they know about each other and he's only been on the other end before. And it's because of that imbalance he keeps seeing things that are uncomfortably similar to his own role as a time traveler, even if he gave up that role a few years ago.
So things are really weird for him, even if he doesn't feel an actual sense of closeness. But there are small things here and there that keep making him bother the Doctor from time to time, and the guy didn't even blink at the wings. That's always a plus. Davesprite also likes messing with him from time to time, mostly because it's really easy. He doesn't really care enough to keep it up long-term, though.
