The TL;CR Meme

one: post with your characters.
two: respond to other people's characters with your characters.
three: they tell you in detail what their character thinks of your character. TL;DR is encouraged; that's how this works.
four; optional: discuss it with them if you want! Make a big chain of tl;dr if you're up to it.
five: other people do the same thing to you! Maybe you even harvest your tl;dr to use in a CR chart later.
six: keep checking back in so that no one is ever late!

(Shamelessly gakked from places.)

I think she almost knows he exists right now. They've talked... once? And yet the two have a rather significant impact on each other.

I think the impact they have on each other is more unique than significant since their actions affect each other indirectly.

??? doesn't care much for Sam nor does he trust her. He's around as the silent tracker, and he's not willing to go beyond that in case he gets his friends under fire. It's optimal to keep himself as indirectly involved with her as he can. For instance, if she ever did find out who he is or what he looked like, he wouldn't want her end up accidentally going after Roxas if he returned. ??? realizes that Sam's evil side is a threat to the city, and he didn't care much for her comfort or her dignity when he advised the Tracker tattoo. It's much like if he thought he was a threat to the city, he'd want to be contained no matter the cost to himself. But even if he doesn't care about her, he's still going to be monitoring her.

Yeah, they really do share a sentiment on this one. She recognizes that someone, not Merlin, is involved and doesn't seem to care much if she's comfortable or not. She can appreciate that.
