So believe it or not, Naminé did meet a previous Terezi briefly. It was only one conversation, and she really never got the chance to form a proper opinion of her aside that she was... a funny person. That said, she did look over what was said in a few specific posts recently (because she looks over a lot of posts, but especially ones that involve her moirail causing trouble), and is still a little undecided. BUT, the thing is, she's more than a little curious, considering that Terezi is not only a friend of multiple friends but a girlfriend(?) of a friend.
Naminé's got a lot of tolerance for unusual people, and she's more than willing to add extra benefit of the doubt for the curious thing that is known as troll culture. That said, all complications aside, they could indeed be good friends. Different ideas of fun or not, they can work something out; Naminé's got no problem trying new things, as long as they don't involve causing physical injury to people, and such. Terezi's got a lot of potential, even for all her impropriety, to be a fun albeit awkward friend, and Naminé would quite like to give it a try. (I mean come on, she doesn't have any problem with Sollux. That's a start, right?)
