☞ Basically this meme is for hashing out the details of handwaved CR! Which is perfect for figuring out that CR for housemates that you just never quite get around to.
☞ Optional, but making a little list of some common things your character does in an average day would be a good starting point for others. Things like where they work, what time of day they train, that they're a disgusting filthbeast that never cleans the bathroom, etc.

Sebastian Moran | tigers | Thor

Moran is a little hard to miss on most days, particularly if you follow his arguments with Holmes. But he generally wanders from district to district doing various questionable things. He does a lot of pick-pocketing and shooting at things okay just look for the Victorian with the rifle. He's not very nice, but he likes to make a lot of sarcastic cracks. He has a weird obsession with tigers and guns and the word 'chum' and he's practically married to Holmes.

Rory is a quiet guy, but he's very, very kind and actually pretty involved behind the scenes. He works in Watson's clinic, so he may have been one of the people who helped out you sick people during the biowarfare thing. He has a lovely ginger wife (Amy Pond) and a bowtied best friend (the Doctor) who is obsessed with fezzes. He lives with Amy, the Eleventh Doctor and Oswin Oswald now and they are all one big happy team TARDIS family. :3
