but hey, someone wanders up and gives him an orange flower to go with his shirt. he gives it a twirl and continues walking, trying to ignore the heat that feels like it's crawling up his spine and into his blood. ]

he tucks himself into a corner, stretching his legs out underneath the table and tipping the mug back to swallow the drink down. it's strong and different. older and bitter and a lot less processed than he was used to. ]
