How does it end?

The 'How does it end?' Meme

We all know that eventually, Asgard will come to an end. The travelers will either win or lose the war and will go home or be obliterated as the universes explode into a fiery pit of despair. So, this is your chance to figure out what your idea endgame would be. Or just maybe think of some incredibly cracky finale that you might not get the chance to play out in game.

You can either put in that you'd prefer a Happy Ending or a Tragic Ending, or you can leave it blank and let the people tagging in pick the ending type
That's it. Tag around. Play out the happy endings where good wins and you can go home, or try to sneak someone home with you/sneak into their universe. Maybe you want to wind up bowing to the forces of NOT GOOD and staying and serving the giants, or floating along in the depths of the nothing the universes have become.
It's up to you, but remember, this is game over. Have fun playing out the results.

"Well,"

The portal's a bright, shimmery green; not the colour of scales or squirming things but a more vital hue. Sun in the trees, or a field long overgrown. It's summer somewhere just behind it, and even beneath the sharp, ozone tang of travel, something warm and steady creeps forth.

Squinting, it looks almost like home.

"I suppose that this strands us, again, at crossroads." A good smile is one easy to read, whatever its intent. This one's a bad job of it: much too vague, it leaves more unsaid. "Until then, Severus. I'll be waiting."

(Whatever type! I am not picky so just do it to it.)

Either a happy ending (crack or otherwise) or a bittersweet one.

"You know," Comes that old, familiar drawl. By now, Robb must be sick of it, coming ever by arrogant surprise. Jaime's even wearier. "Really is a bloody shame that I won't remember any of this."

Green eyes flick up to him, their consideration barely concealed. It's an even look, not down, a glance (however brief) exchanged between equals -- or something near to it.
