Anyway, she's more amused by Snape than anything so far--he's so stodgy and inadvertently funny. There's an emu following him, what even is that. But she's also grateful to him, both for the opportunity of a job (even if she can't exactly put it on her CV when she goes back to Cairo) and for the opportunity for intelligent conversation. They have the potential to become good friends.
