Jade doesn't know her, doesn't recognize this girl, but she sees a bracelet on her wrist as she dances. So she watches and laughs, clapping happily in an attempt to match the rhythm that River is dancing to. It's always good to see people happy, here -- she really wishes she saw more of it.
