"You live with him?" As reasonable as Harry sounded before, he doesn't sound that reasonable now. The question comes rather quickly without him thinking about it, but really: living in a castle with him was bad enough. He can't imagine actually living in enclosed space with him. At least in Hogwarts, there were places to escape to.
