Oh Alice, he will always be loyal to you as your knight.

Although most of his connection (to him) comes from Sora's memories both of the real & data Alice, he's also trying to wrap his head around the fact that Alice is probably not the same one he knows. Which is fine. It's better actual because ??? gets to spend time with Alice as his own experience rather than through memories. If ??? didn't already know of her beforehand, he probably wouldn't be as friendly or have so much trust in her. (Sorry, Alice, but your knight isn't exactly the greateast person in the world.)

But he is all for taking on the knight role! He'd be devastated if she were harmed, so he'll always be willing to help & protect her. It's not just because of his role, she's his friend as well and someone who he feels comfortable being around.
